| If you are in any way not fully satisfied with your purchased item(s), you have 30 days to return the item from the day of delivery and 60 days to exchange from the day of purchase of the item(s). Excluded from returns and exchanges are custom design items or items which have been engraved. The item must be in original condition, this means unworn and unaltered in anyway and in the original packaging. (Watches must include the original instructions, warranty papers & any links that have been removed.) Please be aware it will take us up to 20 business days to process your return and refund the full amount excluding shipping and handling costs. | ||

can return this item via mail to our Mailing address Doerner Jewelers,

of the original invoice and all original packaging, instructions and
warranties (don't forget to make copy for your own records). We are
not liable for any items lost or damaged during return shipping. It
is your responsibility to insure any purchases returned to Doerner
